Jerry was great! If you're a Realtor you know how important a knowledgeable inspector is. This was my first time working with him and he did not disappoint. This particular house was built in 1950 and had a LOT going on but Jerry took his time and made sure both my client and I had a firm grasp on where the home stood. when it turned out that seller had had water turned off by the city and was padlocked, he even made time for a return trip when it was rectified and still within our scant option period! 10/10 will be using him again!
